Data Productization, Buyer Mapping & Monetization Studio

Most enterprise data is monetizable in principle and unmonetized in practice. KRYOS closes the gap with a productization discipline that survives legal review and finds the actual buyer.

A studio that packages qualifying assets into priced product forms - APIs, benchmarks, indices, scores, reports, clean rooms, and licensed feeds - with buyer mapping, pricing posture, channel design, and rights-cleared go-to-market.

THE PROBLEM

Monetization decks describe what could be sold. They rarely describe who would buy, at what price, under what license, through what channel, and with what enforcement posture. The result is data productization initiatives that ship beautifully and never produce revenue - or worse, ship without rights clearance and trigger downstream liability.

WHAT KRYOS DOES

KRYOS chooses the right product form per asset, identifies and segments buyer pools, constructs pricing across subscription, usage, transactional, and tiered models, designs direct, marketplace, and partner channels with rights-compatible terms, and ships rights-cleared go-to-market collateral.

Scope

Data and assets reviewed

First-party customer, transaction, and behavioral data
Industry benchmark and index candidates
Composite assets engineered for monetization
AI-native assets licensable as training or inference
Clean room and enclave deployable assets
Capital-pack assets for investor monetization
Capabilities

What the engagement delivers

Productization design

Choose the right product form per asset: API, feed, benchmark, index, score, report, clean room, enclave, model-as-service, or capital pack.

Buyer mapping

Identify and segment buyer pools by use case, willingness-to-pay, and procurement posture.

Pricing posture

Construct pricing across subscription, usage, transactional, and tiered models with documented rationale.

Channel and partnership design

Direct, marketplace, and partner channel design with rights-compatible terms.

Rights-cleared GTM

Collateral, contracts, and enforcement that align go-to-market with provenance and license posture.

Revenue model and forecast

Revenue model with band-based forecasts and trigger conditions, aligned to KRDS option value.

Outcomes

Decisions you can defend

OUTCOME 01

Data assets translated into priced, sellable products - not internal-only utilities.

OUTCOME 02

Clear buyer pathways instead of speculative monetization narratives.

OUTCOME 03

Rights-cleared go-to-market that does not break under legal review.

Why it matters

The capital, audit, and AI consequences.

Productization is where data-asset option value is converted into recognized revenue. Done without rights discipline, it creates downstream liability that dwarfs the revenue. Done with KRYOS discipline, it becomes the most defensible new revenue line a data-rich enterprise can build.

Productization Pathways

FAQ

Questions clients ask before engaging.

Do you sell data on behalf of the client?+

No. KRYOS designs the product, the buyer pathway, the pricing, and the rights-cleared collateral. Operating the resulting product line is the client's, typically with KRYOS in an ongoing advisory role.

How do you pick the right product form?+

By matching asset characteristics - granularity, freshness, rights posture, buyer fit - to product economics. APIs suit recurring access; benchmarks suit cohort comparison; clean rooms suit privacy-sensitive collaboration.

What if our rights posture restricts external monetization?+

We find the product forms compatible with current rights and design rights-strengthening paths for forms that are not yet permitted. KRYOS will not ship a product that the Rights service has not cleared.

Do you do buyer outreach?+

We map and qualify buyers, prepare go-to-market collateral, and support initial conversations. Sustained sales execution sits with the client's commercial team.

Can productization apply to AI-native assets?+

Yes. Eval sets, RAG indexes, embeddings, benchmark datasets, and model-as-service offerings are all in-scope when rights and KRDS value support them.
