A forensic data asset firm, engineered for the capital era.
KRYOS Data Science treats enterprise data as recognized, measured, and capital-ready assets - not exhaust, not narrative. We bring evidence to a discipline that has been governed by claim for too long.
Most enterprises run on data they cannot identify, cannot prove they have rights to, and cannot defensibly value. The result is invisible value destruction, mispriced AI investment, fragile compliance posture, and weak M&A position.
KRYOS exists to change the operating model. We build evidence-tagged registries, enforce rights at runtime, recognize and measure under EARM, value under KRDS, and stress every position in the Scenario Lab before it leaves the firm.
Our work is engineered to survive hostile diligence - auditors, red teams, adversarial M&A counterparties, insurers, and investors who will challenge every assumption. If a valuation cannot survive that pressure, we do not ship it.
We are not a traditional advisory. We are a forensic data asset firm. The deliverable is not a slide deck - it is a registry, a measurement, a band, a binder, and a defensible capital position.
Five frameworks, one composable system.
Discovery, registry, provenance, authorization stack.
Recognition, measurement, impairment, exclusion model.
Composite valuation standard producing P10·P50·P90 bands.
Independent red-team and external assurance layer.
Stress lab - stochastic and quantum-inspired scenarios.
The capabilities under the methodology.
Forensic data engineering
Estate-wide discovery, lineage reconstruction, and exhaust mining.
Data asset economics
Cost, market, income, utility, AI contribution, obsolescence, risk, option.
Rights & compliance
Provenance chains, consent ledgers, jurisdictional and licensing posture.
AI-native measurement
Training corpora, RAG indexes, embeddings, evals, and model telemetry.
Scenario simulation
P10·P90 bands, sensitivity attribution, impairment triggers.
Red-team assurance
Adversarial challenge of every recognition, valuation, and rights position.
The discipline we hold.
Evidence over assertion
Every claim carries provenance and a challenge log.
Bands over points
P10 / P50 / P90 - not fragile single numbers.
Rights before value
Lawful use is a precondition for measurement, not a footnote.
Red-team by design
Independent challenge is part of the build, not an afterthought.
What buyers ask before engaging.
Is KRYOS an advisory firm, a software vendor, or an audit firm?
+
KRYOS is a forensic data asset firm. Engagements produce evidenced artifacts - a registry, recognition decisions, valuation bands, rights posture, and a capital pack - not slide decks. We are not an audit firm; our GAER layer is an independent red-team designed to survive hostile diligence.
Do you use AI? Do you make AI claims?
+
We use AI internally for classification, retrieval, and pattern discovery. We do not make autonomous AI claims about value. Valuations are model-assisted but human-attested under KRDS, with sensitivities and assumptions explicit.
Why bands instead of point valuations?
+
Point valuations collapse under diligence. KRDS expresses every asset and portfolio as P10 / P50 / P90 with the dominant sensitivities ranked. Bands force discipline about uncertainty and protect the position under adversarial pressure.
Do you handle rights and compliance, or only valuation?
+
Rights posture is a precondition for recognition. Our Rights Engine reconstructs provenance, enforces consent, evaluates licensing, and classifies jurisdictional exposure before EARM and KRDS run. Assets that fail the rights gate are excluded or withheld, not valued.
Can you work alongside our existing data governance program?
+
Yes. KRYOS extends existing catalog, lineage, and governance investments rather than replacing them. We add the asset, recognition, valuation, rights enforcement, and capital layers that traditional governance stacks were not designed to produce.
