These Terms govern your access to and use of the KRYOS Data Science website. Engagement services are governed by separately executed agreements; these Terms apply to website access only.

1. Acceptance
By accessing or using the Site you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.
2. Informational purpose only
Content on the Site is provided for general informational purposes. It does not constitute and must not be relied upon as legal, accounting, tax, audit, regulatory, investment, valuation, fairness-opinion, actuarial, or other professional advice. Independent professional review is required before any decision based on the content.
3. No advisory relationship
Submitting an inquiry, completing the on-site Readiness Assessment, downloading a resource, or otherwise interacting with the Site does not create an advisory, fiduciary, consulting, agency, partnership, or joint-venture relationship. A KRYOS engagement begins only on execution of a written services agreement.
4. No guaranteed outcomes
KRYOS frameworks and deliverables are designed to support analysis and decision-making. KRYOS does not promise or guarantee any specific outcome, including but not limited to: recognition of a data asset under any accounting standard, regulatory acceptance, insurer acceptance, lender or investor acceptance, monetization revenue, valuation ranges, audit outcomes, regulatory approval, or legal compliance. All outputs depend on the underlying evidence, rights, consent, data quality, contractual posture, jurisdictional context, and independent third-party validation.
5. Intellectual property
The Site, including KRYOS frameworks (KRYOS-DARPA, EARM, KRDS, GAER, the KRYOS Standard and Scenario Simulation Lab), and all associated text, graphics, and code, are the property of KRYOS Data Science and protected by intellectual-property law. No license is granted by access to the Site. Limited fair-use quotation with attribution is permitted.
6. Acceptable use
You agree not to: (a) interfere with or disrupt the Site; (b) attempt unauthorized access to systems or accounts; (c) scrape or mass-extract content for republication; (d) submit unlawful, infringing, or misleading information; or (e) use the Site to violate any applicable law or third-party right.
7. Third-party links
The Site may link to third-party sites or resources. KRYOS does not control and is not responsible for those resources. Links are provided for convenience only and do not imply endorsement.
8. Disclaimer of warranties
The Site and its content are provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, completeness, non-infringement, and uninterrupted availability, to the maximum extent permitted by law.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, KRYOS and its affiliates, partners, and personnel are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunity, arising from or related to use of the Site. KRYOS's aggregate liability arising from your use of the Site is limited to GBP 100.
10. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify KRYOS against claims arising from your misuse of the Site or your breach of these Terms.
11. Changes
KRYOS may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. The “Last updated” date will change accordingly.
12. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, without regard to conflict of laws principles. Exclusive jurisdiction lies with the courts of England and Wales, without prejudice to mandatory consumer-protection rights in your jurisdiction of residence.
